Terms And Conditions

1. Fee paid for any service will not be refunded/canceled by Keddy Edtech Ltd.
2. The Course material* will be delivered within 7 working days from the date of enrollment, subject to full payment realization.

3. The Student Portal applicable for your service will be activated within 48 working hours from the date of enrollment, subject to full payment realization.
4. As an enrolled student, you are liable to share the following with Keddy Edtech Ltd. registration details and a copy of the official score report/s of the actual test/s (Grade 6 – Grade 10 IGCSE/AS Levels/A Levels & other Exams) for which you have prepared with us, along with a copy of your admission results (applicable for those who have enrolled for our Admissions Consulting Services)
5. Testimonial(s) provided by you may be appropriately edited by Keddy Edtech Ltd for its marketing communication.
6. All disputes will be referred to arbitration of a sole arbitrator appointed by Keddy Edtech Ltd Arbitration will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, and the rules framed thereunder as amended from time to time. Arbitral Proceedings will be conducted in English at New Delhi. Exclusive jurisdiction will be conferred on the courts at New Delhi.
